Position Title: Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities

·Assist in the organization and implementation of the Center’s training programs and research projects, including organizing and participating in field investigations, collecting and organizing basic data, and completing related research and project reports;

·Assist in the preparation and organization of various academic activities of the Center;

·Assist in daily administrative work of the Center, including reception arrangements, external communications/publicity, and the maintenance and expansion of external cooperative relationships;

·Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

   

   

Application Requirements

·Firm political stance; good professional ethics; honesty and trustworthiness; upright conduct; dedication to work; careful and diligent working style; strong service awareness and sense of responsibility;

·Bachelor’s degree or above (postgraduate degree preferred);

·Strong writing skills; proficient in office software and common office equipment;

·English proficiency meeting at least one of the following: CET-6 or above / IELTS 6.5 or above / TOEFL 100 or above, or other equivalent recognized certifications; interpretation/translation certificates or degrees obtained in English-speaking countries or regions are also acceptable;

·Passion for research and fieldwork; strong organizational, communication, and execution abilities; good teamwork spirit, service awareness, serious and responsible work attitude;

·Candidates with experience in international organizations are preferred; candidates with a background in cultural heritage-related fields are preferred.
